Dear John, I have one question for you. How long did it take from when you started on Pramipexole, to the point where you began to notice some positive changes. I am asking because my cousin is getting married in November of this year, and I want to know if I might be able to stand up for him, i.e. As of now, there's no way that I could keep my balance for that long.
