Dear Phil,

I have been on Permax on two separate occasions in my P.D. life. Both of
which started out bad, but got better side effects-wise.
Side effects that I had initially are quite numerous. I had difficulty
sleeping, nausea, vomiting, grinding of my teeth, and severe headaches. After
a while, they all went away, to be replaced by only sleepiness.
