Wendy, I'm home from DC and read your other message. I wanted to respond to this one because I found fava beans in my supermarket and wanted to try them. However, when I got them home I couldn't figure out how to get them out of the shell. Any suggestions? As you can see from the other postings on the listserv, our visit was quite a success. The next step is to get Sen. Frist to hold hearings. This bill is really do-able! If all goes according to plan, maybe we can meet in DC next year to lobby for appropriations. Pat
