Katie I think our ND said Mel would eventually go to .5mg three times daily. He's managing his first week very well on .125mg three times daily. I understand this is not a therapeutic level-Next week will double with 2 pills 3 times daily. The next week she will be cutting back on permex and eventually senemet some.
