I am now in mid-week of the second week after initiation of Mirapex (Pramipexole) therapy. This week's dose is two 0.125 mg tablets, 3 times a day. No problems with intolerance, side effects, etc. at this dosage. I have reduced my Artane daily dose to 2 mg twice a day. Still taking Eldepryl (5 mg twice a day). Observations: Tremor of right hand/arm seems lessened compared to "pre-Mirapex" conditions. Right leg seems somewhat less stiff - more flexibility in the ankle. More to come!
