Ya mean they'd be defensive, and constantly be looking over their respective
shoulders?  Hmmmmm.... (thinking).... How'd YOU feel having someone who's in
THAT mode drawing your blood, or giving ya a shot in yer... uhhhhhh.... tush
or maybe installing a cathater? <shuddering>

I guess their reaction would be just about the same as that of any
other person whose work performance was under constant appraisal.
The exception being actors on stage who I assume actually enjoy
being watched at work.
