David - You mention your current tax hit and moving to Norway in the same
exhalation.  Would your taxes be less there?  The Statistical Abstract
shows Norway's "tax revenue as a percent of GDP" at 45.7%, compared to
29.7% in the U.S.  Of course, if you are just looking for a change in
climate ...
