David,
        Do you belong to a union? (I don't know what you do for a living.) If 
you
are in a union, I'd talk with my union representative, just to prevent it
from happening any more. Also, they can advise you whether or not you have a
case.
        As for that woman, be glad that she's gone. Then find out where she 
works
now and anonymously send her a copy of the Parkinson's Handbook, and any
other literature you have that describes in detail Parkinsonian symptoms.
Hopefully, she'll read them and that will prevent her from doing to someone
else what she did to you! also, I don't know if anyone else where you work is
uncomfortable, but if they are, you might also want to place some PD
literature in a conspicuous place there so that they can also read and learn.
A little education about PD may be all that's needed to put their unease at
