Dear Parkinson advocates, The House/Senate Conferees were TENTATIVELY scheduled to resume consideration of the Labor HHS Appropriations Bill today (9/30). However, they did not meet. There are no meetings are scheduled for the remainder of this week. Since the House and Senate will adjourn in observance of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, it appears that the House/Senate Conference won't meet again until next week. I will attend any future Conference meetings so that I can continue to provide updates to the members of this list. As always, If you have any specific questions of Larry Hoffheimer or me, feel free to reply (either personally or via this listserve) or call NPF toll free in DC 1-888-331-4673.
