My original symptoms, now more than five years ago, were mostly tremor in= the right hand and some muscle stiffness, mainly the neck. I was put on Sinemet CR 50/200 twice daily and Eldepryl 5mg, also twice daily, but only before noon. Symptoms now are, still the R/H tremor, a bit stronger, painful knees and= some insomnia. My meds are still the same, but by agreement with the neuro I use one regular Sinemet tablet only when made necessary by the insomnia. Works fo= r me better than a sleeping tablet.
