It is hard after all these years to remember the details, but I remember Ken having a frozen shoulder that gave him alot of pain and for which he had physical therapy to unfreeze it. My recollection is that it was about five years before diagnosis, but since he had so many undiagnosed symtoms of PD in the several years before diagnosis, this could be another.
