Ivan- if you haven't already, I would still encourage you to look for an attorney/law student who would take this on pro-bono and ask him/her to approach the NPF "non-confrontationally." This is frequently a very successful step before suing, where the attorney simply writes a letter instead of you. The benefits are a) the attorney will weed out the justified but murky side-issues and concentrate on areas likely to get the NPF's attention and b) NPF is likely to take this more seriously. I would further suggest that attorney's letter "cc:" top NPF official and the University (I forget exactly which one) that the NPF person is blaming. good luck. emily (ejrcpa@xxxxxxx) for Mom 76/3+ months nyc
