Ivan, I WAS on 12 25/100 PER DAY UNTIL I received an email from our dear friend ALAN BONANDER. If you remember ALAN, he was really into the dosage and interactive parts of each me. In a statement to me called ONE MORE TIME Alan warned against the intake of more than 150/....per day. Since I was on 12 25/100 (=300) plus 50/200 CRs I approached my neuro with the question about total intake. Since that conversation, I was switch immediatly to 10/100 (=120) plus a few CR's WITHOUT ANY NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE!!!!!!! Ivan, I believe the second number (100) is the one that delivers the real MEDICINE. Hope this answers your question. Joyce Joyce44@aol
