Many of us on the parkinsn discussion list will be taking time off during
the Christmas season.  If you are not going to be reading your email
during this time (especially if your system has mail volume quotas), you
can stop your mail temporarily by sending a message to:
listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

In the body of the note say ONLY:
set parkinsn nomail

When you come back, send a message to the same address.  In the body of
the note say:
set parkinsn mail

For those of you who will be setting 'nomail', I hope you have an
enjoyable holiday.  (I will wish the same to those who will continue
receiving messages closer to the time).
