Hello, I'm glad to have found this list. My question involves the
low-protein diet that our Parkinson's sufferer has been recommended.
Can anyone help here? Low cholesterol cookbooks, no meat cookbooks,
etc abound, but low protein is hard to find. Just a list of foods
would be good, and any other information that might be pertinent. I
know NOTHING of this disease yet; we're just getting to a diagnosis.
