Introduction

Simon Coles wrote such a wonderful letter, in response to my own.  All
I can say is thanks!  And answer the few questions she put to us.

   Constant fatigue - does she fall asleep during meals?

Not usually.  But she's always tired, and sleeps a lot.

   Does your Mum choke when eating?

She's had a few sort-of close calls.  She eats a lot of soft
foods these days, and liquids.  She takes all of her many pills
with applesauce, by the way.


We appreciate very much your lengthy and informative letter, as well
as the great work your doing towards helping many of us on this list.
