Thyroid
Bonjour, I am a recent subscriber to this list, which I find particularly interesting, given my total ignorance in this area. My mom's specialist has located what she called 'modules', in a quite large number, that were 'stuck to the thyroid gland thus affecting its efficiency.' My mom is now scheduled for surgery, and I am wondering what to expect from it: with time, my mom has developed more of a psychological/anxiety problem which has made the physical effects of PD look minor, in comparison. I would like to ask if anyone can smart me up on the relationship between PD and the thyroid gland. Any comments?
