I have subscribe to this list for quiet a while for a friend, Jean Van
Orman,  who is not on the net yet.  I am trying to get her on the net now.
 She is a volunteer for the Ohio Parkinson's Foundation Southwest Region.
 She has the following question.

I am interested in information on toxic effects of manganese for a friend
who is a welder and has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.  Would
appreciate knowing what has been published about research on the treatment
and prognosis.
