HERBICIDE - pd

Question from my support group-
BACKGROUND-58 year old male, PD since age 40, had Testicular cancer, worked
for railroad .

Herbicide  SUPARAQUAT  with the main ingredient being MPTP (1-METHYL
  4-PHENYL-1236 TETRAHYDROP-UNDINE)

does anyone know---
   The year manufactured?
   The chemical name?
   The manufacturer's name?
   The year outlawed?
