Pallidotomy Access

I am aware that pallidotomy has become a highly sought after procedure
and that consequently its availability is becoming widespread. Although
not in itself a new procedure, the recent use of neurophysiological
monitoring in the operating room has dramatically improved efficacy and
safety.

Does anyone have a list of surgeons(including their institutions and
access numbers) in the US and abroad who are doing the procedure with
neurophysiological monitoring?
