Rachel,

University Neurologists  at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Lukes Medical Center are
doing these procedures.  As of this past spring my inquiry was that they are
still limiting their patients to people younger than 70, and on-off
symptoms.  But if your can't travel it may be your best bet.
