Re[2]: #1(2) PARKINSN Digest - 25 Jun 1995 to 26 Jun 1995
Virginia Herd: I would hasten to a neurologist whose specialty is PD. I
heard there is a good one in or near Lubbock Texas.
Speaking of PD specialists...
What would be a good resource for finding one/some specialists in a particular
area? My dad lives in Marin County, California (just north of San Francisco).
He's currently seeing a neurologist in San Francisco
(um, I DON'T mean dating :-)
and dad says the guy's a PD specialist, but I don't know how to be sure.

purly neurological, and I'd like to make sure that my father is getting all he
can from his physician.
So where could I find a list or reference to a neurologist in the San Francisco
area who is really familiar with the ins and outs of PD; one who is sensitive to
the side issues that come along with it?
Many thanks.
