Mark,
Zofran  (Ondansetron) is a medication on the market used for nausea in those
receiving chemotherapy. So far, there is only one publication about it (from
Israel) and they tried it on 16 patients with "moderate to remarkable
results"(the Authors).
We at Mount Sinai intend to start a study to test it. If this works it would
be a significant addition to PD treatment since all antipsychotic medications
(except clozapine) worsen PD's motor symptoms.
