Relapsing Parkinsons

I am 25 and was recently diagnosed with what is believed to be Parkinson's
Disease. One of the complicating factors in the diagnosis is that the
disease has been relapsing/recurring which would tend to suggest MS. In
addition, this would be a much more likely diagnosis given my age. However,
other symptoms along with rapid improvement with Sinemet led to the diagnosis
of Parkinsons.

My question is if this relapsing/recurring effect is usual with early Parkinsons
or if anyone is aware of a relationship between Parkinsons and MS.
