Traveling weakness

To whom who has had similar problems:
My wife has had PD for 5 yrs or more, she is 61 years old. She complains
that her weakness travels as follows.
One morning she wakes up and has a neck weakness, a few days later she
will have pain and weakness in her eyes (eyelids won't stay open)while
her neck is OK.

Then a few days later her legs are so weak that she has problems
walking but her eyelids remain open. So I call it the traveling
weakness for the lack of a better term.

Another problem she experiences is that her muscles get weak in extreme
heat especially her eyes.

If you have heard or experienced similar symptoms , please let me know.
    Thank You
