I am interested to find out what are the issues around getting medical
reimbursement for pallidotomies and fetal transplants.  I would greatly
appreciate any insights or experiences that you may have.

1) Are they covered by medicare?

2) How much (up to what $ amount) can one get reimbursement?

3) How accepted are the procedures by HMOs and other payors? Are they
reluctant to reimburse for these procedures?
