Hello, my name is Boyd and you just described exactly the same symtoms that I
have.
The memory thing is a major problem, as I work in a very stressful occupation
and need my memory sharp at all times.

I am on Zoloft 200mg for depression and four Sinement tabs per day. The
Sinement has
helped my left arm considerably. I am interested in the vitamins you take,
did the D.
prescribe or did you start these on your own.
