(note the list name is parkinsn - no 'o'):

1. to give instructions re your subscription, send one of these
messages to:
        listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

To join or subscribe:
        SUBSCRIBE PARKINSN Yourfirstname Yourlastname

To unsubscribe or signoff:
        SIGNOFF PARKINSN (your name is not needed here)

2. to post a letter to the entire group, as well as into the permanent
archives, members can send a message to:
        parkinsn@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
