Don's favorite Parkie story is of the time he went to San Francisco to see a neurologist at the university medical center. The exam, of course, was stressful, and stress and PD don't go together, so his tremor was really going by the time he finished. He was waiting for the bus when one of San Francisco's more disreputable "street people" passed by.
