QUERY (fwd)
If anyone knows the answer to this request, this list does! Maryellen in Omaha Love this list. ---------- Forwarded message ---------- Date: Tue, 14 Nov 1995 21:28:51 -0800 (PST) From: Ken Strong <kstrong@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: Copy Editors and Editing <COPYEDITING-L@xxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: QUERY It was suggested I post this request on your list as you are in contact with many authors and publishers. I am a co-maintainer of the stress and anxiety disorder site at We are looking for titles of books dealing with any aspect of stress, anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia, etc. My particular area is that of "caregivers" and I am very short of titles for that section. I do not want the books. I just want a short synopsis of what each book offers. This is an excellent opportunity for authors and publishers to contact target audiences. The site is rapidly becoming the major site for stress diseases and has been mentioned on CNN, The BBC World Service and in several newspapers. In about a month it will be featured in a Net magazine which has a run of about 250,000. Virtually all mental health sites have a link to our URL. Please note we are a voluteer group and in no way commercial. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Please send the synopses to me at the address below. I will then post them on the site. Thanks. Ken Kenneth V. Strong kstrong@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Victoria, B.C. Canada
