Benedryl comes in several formulations with the primary ingredient being
diphenhydramine. Those formulations that add other ingredients can trigger
reactions in some folks.
Buying "Benedryl brand" increases your cost about 10 times. Diphenhydramine in
the 25 mg caps costs about $2.25 US for generic in 100 cap bottles.
As usual, read the label for contraindications.
