Hello:

I has been suggested I contact this group as you seem to be very active in
help for caregivers.

I am a maintainer of a site for caregivers to those with anxiety, panic
attacks and agoraphobia.  While the diseases are different to Parkinsons
the methods by which caregivers handle stress are probably similar.

I would appreciate it you would let me know effective methods you have of
handling stress as well as books, sites, etc.  I shall coallate them and
put them up on the site under the Caregivers' section.

If I get enough I can group them and give this list credit.
