David, It distressed me to hear how down the posting about the miracle cure made you. Sometimes, the bottom line, as it says in the hymn, is When other helpers fail, and comforts flee, Help of the helpless, O abide with me. Sometime, too, a cry for help is answered, and sometimes, too miracles take place. If you believe there is a God, then believe that he is capable of doing anything - when he is ready. (If that sounds like a copout, I'm sorry, but that's what I believe.) Miracles do happen! Most of them we don't get to hear about.
