Dear Roni,
My wife developed hallucinations after a number of years on sinemet. Her
neurologist said that it was caused by toxicity of the prolonged use of sinemet.
She is now taking small doses of Clozaril (clozapine). It has helped
tremendously.
I suggest that you discuss this with your neurologist.
