Dear Anselm

        You should be blessed for your concern for this family.  The
Cerebal Palsy Foundation is a national organization that may be able to
help your friend.  Another suggestion is that she contact her local
Hospice.  They usually have on-going grief support groups.  They also may
have grief support sessions scheduled for children, if that is a concern
for this family.
