Jon, Sorry to hear of your difficult transition with your medication. Unfortunately I have no experience upon which to offer you advice in that matter, being recently diagnosed. As for the meaning if "b.i.d. and t.i.d.", "b.i.d" is from the Latin 'bis in die', or twice a day, likewise for "t.i.d." i.e. 'ter in die', or three times a day. I knew all those high school Latin courses would come in handy!!
