Hello    We are very much alike with PD. I am 71 and was diagnosed 16 months
ago.
I have tremors my left side. I take Eldepryl morning and noon with food. I
 may start Sinemet. How does it help you?
         We walk five days a week at the mall and I do stretching exercises
at home.
This seems to help.  I do sleep an hour or so in the afternoons.
