Help with postings to PD bulletin board

We're still not sure we're getting all the messages that are posted
to the Parkinsn bulletin board, including our own.  We changed
settings to show our own messages (repro).  Is there any way to check
how many items were posted in a given time frame?
We're also curious about a message from us that appeared on the BB.
Beneath the line "Sender: Parkinson's Disease - Information Exchange
Network" is the following: [The Art Of Game Mastering discussion
list].
The same thing is repeated in the Reply-To line.

Also,  in a message we downloaded tonight from the list is something
[in square brackets] about people interested in Yorkshire Terriers.

Can anybody explain?
